At TECNOTRIP, we have two types of shrinking tanks.
RET-2 / RET-2-80: retractable tanks with manual product entry and exit, suitable for small and medium productions.
They have a hot water immersion system (up to 100ºC).
It has water heating by independent electrical resistances and an optional fume hood (model RET-2-C / RET-2-80-C)
The machine has a capacity of 75 liters.
It is ideal for improving the presentation and contracting the blood in pieces of meat, designed for small productions, specifically for slaughterhouses and small sausage and cheese factories.
RET-A-4 / RET-A-4-11 shrink tunnel with automatic product entry and exit. They are ideal for mounting on packaging lines and can be synchronized with automatic vacuum packaging machines such as EVA-9-11, EVDA-20, and EVC-26/27. They are suitable for medium and large productions.
It has water heating by independent electrical resistances and alternatively by steam and a standard smoke evacuation hood.
The machine has a capacity of 200 liters.
It also contains a hot water immersion system (up to 100ºC).
This shrinking tank has 30 programs to select:
